Take your readers for a ride
...and I'm not talking about ripping them off.
I'm talking about an adventure that begins with a headline so intriguing that they dive right into the first sentence. And when they finish the first sentence, they're so connected to the message that they need to go on to the second, then the third, and so on.
Just like that, they're glued to the copy because each sentence makes them want to read the next one. As they go along, they learn things like:
- The benefits of your product
- How it's unique
- Why they need it
- What you're promising
- Why they should trust you
At the end, all you have to do is deliver on your promise.
If your copy is good, people will go along for the ride and be in a great position to buy when you present your offer. On the other hand, bad copy will cause people to lose interest and bail out before you get to finish your pitch.
